This was our first stay here and we were pleasantly surprised. Clean rooms, nice facilities and great value for the price. It’s also close to many restaurants and other stores. I would highly recommend for a couple of night stay.

Cleaning people are excellent! Loud at 2 am from parties. Instead of being told upon arrival to drive around to the back entrance where our room was located. We dragged our bags to back of hotel ( me having a resent shoulder replacement). This is a very large event center.

The hotel and staff was fantastic. The only bad thing was a party of people came back to the hotel around 1am and was hanging out in the lobby where I can hear them talking because my room was on the 2nd floor closest to the elevator. There is a balcony that overlooks the dining on the second floor so the sound travelled easily.

The facility has a warm and comfortable environment. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is generally friendly. The only exception with regards to staff is that select ones do their job, but without personal warmth.

The heat did work for 3 of the 7 nights we stayed. This was brought to the attention of the staff on Sunday morning. It was not addressed until Monday after repeated visits to the front desk. The heat went out again on Friday night - we did not bother notifying as we came in late on our last night there. Room temp without heat was about 60 degrees. Parking was not convenient, often necessitating a long walk to a hotel entrance. The first night we stayed there was significant noise in the courtyard and hall until midnight, possibly associated with a wedding. There was also a noticeable odor of cigar smoke in the hall at that time. I would suggest avoiding a ground floor room if this is an issue for you. We will likely use this hotel again though. When the HVAC works and the guests are more considerate, the accomodations are nice, albeit a bit pricey.

Beautiful property, front desk staff were kind and courteous and the gentleman who took us to the train station was lovely as well. You have a great group of people. My only complaint was the woman bar tender Saturday evening Dec 14th. She was extremely rude, not attentive and seemed like we were a bother by being there. We had a family group visiting with each other and would have loved to tip someone well. We were really surprised by this person’s attitude and over all demeanor.
