"Check in process was seamless and easy. The owner communicated all the info ahead of time, AND was available and responsive to all our silly questions we had regarding using the thermostat and such. Very easy and friendly communication. The house and property all around is very clean, literally no dust or any grime whatsoever. "The location was very quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean and well equipped. The only issues were the sofa was broken or becoming unstable, the washer was leaking and very loud when running, and the door to the downstairs bedroom was broken. However, the property owner was quick to respond about the issues and our stay was unhindered by these issues.
