"Great pub & restaurant. All staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Food is excellent & well priced. Rooms are clean & have plenty of tea/coffee, not like some hotels who only leave 2 tea bags with no variety! Great breakfast menu too! I would highly recommend to friends!!!"

We were met by a tall young woman who was very welcoming and friendly and I was invited to complete details into a machine, then asked to pay the cost of the accommodation there and then. "Worst experience ever at a hotel. To begin with we were handed the wrong keys for our rooms and given NO keys for entry into the actual building. This absolutely ruined the weekend as we were forced to sleep on the streets. We woke up and returned to the hotel with a cold and was given no apology or explanation just was told the door is now fixed and to turn the handle the other way. Instead of a refund for the card payment we was told that they do not accept payments from here and we must pay,...
