"This is a perfect location for getting within a few minutes drive to some beautiful hiking trails on the eastern edge of Shenandoah National Park. Everything about the property was accurately described. The setting was so peaceful and quiet. The only reason I knocked 1 star off was because the property is 100% cut off (as is the entire area) of any cell service. The house has no wifi and you can't get cell signal so you are 100% off-grid. Nowadays, I don't really focus on that when renting...

"We didn’t spend a lot of time on property as we are an all women’s hiking group, so spent our days exploring the region, but while we were on property we enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, fireplace and hot tub. In the cold of winter the fireplace really took the chill off! The train that occasionally came by was hardly noticeable. Would stay here again. "

"My husband, two little boys, and I loved this cabin. It was plenty of space. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen. The coffee bar was AMAZING! "The view from our cabin was gorgeous. We were in close proximity to Shenandoah National Park which was the purpose of our stay. Their rules are quite strict but we knew that going in. There are no toiletries provided which they also mention in the welcome letter but it would be a nice touch to include a bar of soap at least."
