This was a wonderful space to be close to family and still have privacy, quiet, and all the conveniences of home. Well appointed, clean and very responsive host. The little house had everything we needed and was very clean. We were able to adjust the temp for our comfort. The place had a neat little yard for us to take our dog out. "We arrived to find that our “luxurious cottage” was a cabin in a trailer park, trail of dog poop brought us to the door. We don’t mind rustic but moldy coffee left in the maker and someone’s soap in the shower was just the start. I paid for it and slept on the couch cushions on the floor. We made the best of it for our friends birthday but no privacy, no wifi and didn’t even get the cottage in the picture was enough for me. View was nice tho. "

"Great host and very responsive. Overall the house was acceptable although smaller than what we expected for 4 people. The only bathroom although spacious is upstairs. Double and queen beds are both comfortable. Although the house has been renovated it shows its age with its squeaky floors. Kitchen well equipped, has wine glasses and a bonus wine bottle from the owners. "

"Great location and close to downtown only 10 minute drive. Home was clean and in brand new condition. Host was readily available to answer questions and even stopped by to deliver family board games. I loved that the home was pet friendly as well. I would definitely recommend and stay here in the future."

"My son and I started at this property for a week while visiting friends in Kingston. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly. House is in a great family neighborhood about 15 minutes outside the city center. We only rented one car and my son was using it a lot of the time. Didn't present any problem though as there are lots of restaurants and shopping choices within an easy walk.
