"Pobyt jak najbardziej udany, świetna baza wypadowa na snowboard, czyste pokoje, wspólne łazienki i prysznice bardzo zadbane, smakowite śniadania, bezpłatny dostęp do internetu, miła obsługa, przystanek bezpłatny skibus pod samym hotelem, urokliwa okolica,bar na terenie ośrodka (jedyny minus-zamykany o różnych godzinach - kiedy pasowało to barmanowi. "Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und bietet viel Platz für 8 Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, nur leider gibt es KEINEN TOASTER. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit an manchen Stellen zu Wünschen übrig: Haare im Bett, verkalkte Kaffeemaschine, halb-sauberes Geschirr bei Ankunft. Der Geschirrspüler funktioniert okay. "Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...
