"The Barn is absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view from the back deck & yard. While it may look like an old barn from the outside, the inside has every modern convenience you need including a washer & dryer. They thought of everything! Coming from Texas, we appreciated the Texas shaped waffle maker! I particularly loved sitting in the hot tub every night, gazing up at the stars, listening to the frogs sing, & watching the fireflies in the trees. And if you’re a bird watcher/bird tracker, you won’t be disappointed!The owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had & was very kind. We only wish there hadn’t been a once in a thousand year storm while we were there which kept us from exploring the beautiful scenery in the area & going on hikes. We were very thankful to have a cozy fire, a VERY comfy couch, & WiFi so we could watch movies/tv & listen to music. Maybe we will have better weather luck next time.The Barn is located off a dirt/gravel road & the area has lots of steep, winding paved roads, so I definitely recommend you have a truck or SUV, but is one heck of a beautiful drive to get there!"

"Cabin was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed looking at the stars every night from the big back porch. Lots to do in every direction. We had a SxS and did trails everyday. "

"Severe weather prevented the waterfall hikes we planned. We went antiquing, ate good food, and hung out at house to catch up and cut up. This property was fresh and pristine. The host helped us locate the things we wanted to do in the area. We will stay here again. "

"This was our spring break trip. To say we had the most fun would be an understatement. We wanted a nice secluded location that was able to accommodate our large family, including our fur babies. I am so glad we picked this one! The cabin was cute, clean, and cozy. Sitting on the deck at night was so relaxing. My kids played and played. There was no wifi, however I actually enjoyed it. There was no fighting over there remote or electronics blocking our memories. LC, the host, took great care of us. Looking back on it, I've never had a host interact with us and we loved it! We really enjoyed seeing the Buffalo farm. LC and Robin went out of their way to make sure that my 80 year old Nana could tour the farm as well. This touched my heart. This is a trip my kids will talk about to days to come, I know this because they are already asking when we are coming back. "

The game room is absolutely fantastic and definitely sets the stage for some good ole’ fashion family smack talk! Honestly, it’s probably the best cabin we’ve stayed at in Arkansas. The view alone is enough to make it worthwhile. "
