Am Tag unserer Anreise wurde wir mittags erst darüber informiert, dass es eine Doppelbuchung gab und wir diese Nacht nicht dort verbringen können. Es wurde uns eine alternative Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vermittelt, die jedoch minderwertiger und recht teuer war, also auch keine zufriedenstellende Alternative. "Even though it is mentioned that towels are provided, they are not. There is a courtyard with a BBQ which is not working. There is a heater (!) in the shower, so unsafe. The neighbourhood around the establishment is very sketchy and I was afraid to walk to get to the establishment as well during the day as at night. All but one of the tenants only speak German."
