"The room was clean and a good size. Only issue was a sewer smell coming from the floor drain in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, The room was quiet. It appears to have been updated in the not too distant past. The restaurant was reasonably priced and was lively and inviting. Very nice hotel, would stay there again."

"As a solo traveler, I found Alex Beach Cabins to be a great little find. The cabin I was in was immaculately clean, comfortable and I had the convenience of being able to plug my electric car in overnight. On-site, the wood-fired pizza food truck was a nice touch in the late afternoon / evening, and the coffee van in the morning also was very welcome. The staff were all happy and helpful ... I would highly recommend this place."

"Loved the quiet area and walkable to food or shops. The view of the lake out front from the balcony and the walk around it was great. The pool was out of order for 48 hours but that did not hamper the stay. The set of towels in the main bedroom were a bit thin and scratchy but the ones in the 2nd bedroom were the opposite."
