We were fortunate to be upgraded from a room in the pub to one of the relatively new lodges. The lodge was immaculate on arrival and very comfortable and well equipped. "The perfect bolthole I wanted to a few days away before Christmas. Somewhere wild and windy. Exmoor delivers in bucket loads. And I wanted somewhere cosy and comfortable to stay, which did good food. The Exmoor White Horse Inn was the perfect place. Attractively situated beside the pretty River Exe, my walks could start from the front door. A cosy, comfortable room. Great food.
