"In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. "We have stayed in several hotels in Norwich over the last couple of years. For us the Maids Head Hotel was the best - comfortable bed, great shower and central location - we will be back!"

"It was our 2nd time at the hotel . This time we brought two friends for a long weekend. We paid extra for half board . The food is always 10/10 . Choices are excellent. Breakfast is always excellent. Swimming pool, jacuzzi was amazing , came out totally relaxed . Staff are amazing, super helpful and always happy 10/10 . We stayed In a garden room . "Easy to get around by car or walk"

"Staff were all brilliant, couldn't do enough. The pool was a great addition and something to do in the evening with the kids as it is 20 mins drive from the city. Evening menu was quite limited but fine for a one night stay, food was good, hot and well presented. The only thing I would say is that the building is a little tired and could do with a revamp. But it was bright and clean and the staff were all exceptional."
