"The family room is really simple, 3 stars max (probably 2 is more accurate), but clean, no issues. You will hear water running if you open the windows (It's located creekside). But the owner is fun and welcoming, it's quiet, despite being close to railroad (German trains are really quiet, and there are very few of them). "Perfect location on the Rhine. Arrived early and was happy they allowed us to check in right away! Room is spacious and clean. Loved the in room coffee. "

"I found this hotel a little strange - toilet, shower and sink in the room. Self-service check-in. No breakfast possibility. Coffee machine and water available in the corridor, but the fridge was not restocked in the two days I stayed there. Definitely could do better on attention to detail - drinking glass was chipped, waste paper basket was not emptied and shower gel dispenser was broken. The location was good, about a 10 minute walk to the main station. "
