But the owner is fun and welcoming, it's quiet, despite being close to railroad (German trains are really quiet, and there are very few of them). "Maria Suites is a family run small hotel of four suites. The rooms are located above an Italian restaurant, Damiano run by the same family. The restaurant is very good. Mine was a really spacious modern room, with lounge and balconies. I expect they are all the same. Fantastic location near the Dom and Cologne Central train station."
