"Our room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable but nothing to see out of windows except other houses. Would have liked a vanity in bathroom, pedestal sink is not convenient. The one thing I would say that we didn't like at all was that the parking spaces were so limited."

"The location was gorgeous--up a steep but sturdy LONG staircase from the lake. We went mostly to be on the water. My husband rented a boat from a nearby resort and we were allowed to tie it up to our dock and keep it for the days we were there. NOTE: The dock system is NOT complete and tying up there was NOT easy, but we figured out a way. We rented a canoe from the same resort and also kept it there--there was a nice (very) little sandy beach to beach it on. Good point for all water...

"We brought our Girl Scout troop to stay for the weekend. Cute place, great layout. Couple of the beds were not quite what we expected (twin futons in loft) but over all it was great for the # we had. Girls loved having a room to themselves and the board games were a hit. Nice room outside for yard games and sitting by the fire. "

"The cabin stay was sublime. Gary helped us get our things to and from the property, showed us what we needed to know, and aside from a meeting on the water in the provided canoe, that was the last we saw of him. We were looking for quiet solitude and that's what we received. Highly recommend visiting but check the mosquito forecast. Being anywhere besides the water or inside the cabin was fraught. All said it was a beautiful cabin in magical place with a gracious host."
