"We stayed for my son compete in a golf tournament in Greenville, NC. The property is an older home but well taken care of or remodeled. We really appreciate the owners allowing us access to the home a little early while my son played his practice round. They have a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to bring all our dirty clothes home we washed them the night before we were leaving. Thank you to the owners for a nice stay!"

"When we arrived in Greenville, 3 1/2 hours away to move our son into his rental we ran into a bunch of hurdles and thought we may need to stay another night. Before check-in I messaged and asked if we could get another night. They were very fast responding that we could. We arrived exhausted from moving. The easy access to enter is great. The cleanliness is awesome. A very quiet neighborhood, close to ECU. I highly recommend the rental. "

"The owner cancelled at the last minute. We were headed from GA to NC for Thanksgiving. We had all the food and supplies for Thanksgiving lunch. We were meeting our son that I haven’t seen in a year. We had no where to go! We are so 😡 and hurt, our check in time was 3:00pm and we didn’t hear from the owner until 5:00 pm. VRBO virtual response - We are sorry! They finally told me they would pay for 1st night in a hotel. There contract says 3 nights. We will be getting a lawyer!!!"

"My partner and I loved staying in this home. It’s got all the essentials and then some. The neighborhood is small and quiet, off the beaten path. I hope to come back to this rental the next time I visit my folks. Bonus: the owners have a great array of cassette tapes to listen to as well as a mini Jenga set for a fun night in. "

"Overall just ok, bare minimum with updated decor. Beds were uncomfortable and the toilet in the main bedroom was not secure to the ground, so would tip over if you weren’t careful. There’s a padlock on the door, but not in use so you could only lock the handle when you were not in the house. Neighborhood was a little sketchy."

"Stayed in Greenville to visit our daughter and her family, originally booked a different property. Host called the day before a let us know of a problem with AC. We were put up in another property equally as nice without incident. Would absolutely use this host again"
