"We have stayed in Dorint hotels many times. This hotel has had a number of upgrades to the Rooms, Reception area and Restaurants. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed and felt a little soulless, but overall service was good, rooms were clean and had a very comfortable stay. "

We had dinner at the restaurant two evenings and enjoyed fine dining on both. Swimming pool, sauna and jakuzzi are so heavenly to relax after a ski-day. Fireplace is awesome with real wood. "Very friendly staff, and they have their private parking. No need to reserve. They are situated near a tunnel under the centre of Winterberg, so if you walk up the side of the tunnel you are right in the centre! And the hotel is really near the main road. Very convenient."

"Great service, really friendly staff at reception. Our floor was being renovated so it looked a bit messy, and the cleaner came in the room about 10 am when we were still there getting dressed up.... but apart from that really good hotel! also nice area to go on walks and hikes."

"Wir haben diese Unterkunft für unsere Mannschaftsfahrt gebucht. Das Penthouse ist schön groß und bietet genug Platz. Ein Highlight ist die große Dachterasse! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie ein Bäcker sind sowohl fußläufig als auch mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Zusammengefasst würden wir die Unterkunft jedoch nicht für Mannschaftsfahrten, JGA‘s oder ähnliches weiterempfehlen, da der Vermieter sehr darauf bedacht ist, dass es in seinem Haus (und vor allem auch auf der Dachterasse) ruhig ist."

"Good location , with easy parking. 5k to the slopes in Winterberg. Good breakfast each morning. Bar on site. if you wish to ski you will need your own transport. there isn't really anything else to do in Niedersdorf. Abut it's not far to Winterberg."
