"Great stay. Initially we had a dirty bath upon arrival however after staff trying to clean it theg couldnt get the marks off. They offered us a free upgrade. Wenloved thebroo. And servoxe. The food was good to. We had a carvery and a breakfast. The hotplate was quite small but the hotel did not seem that busy at the time. There was an initial wait as we arrived at checkin time 1500 and others had to wait as well for rooms to be finihsed cleaning. No one checked in till 1600. This mildly inconvenient as we went to have our carvery. I put this down to being a bank holiday weekend on a sunday and not having staff in. "

"The staff were incredibly knowledgeable with regard to cruise ship procedures and processes. They were able to answer questions and put my mind at ease. Huge respect for employees who backed each other up with some rowdy guests. 24 hour bar for guests!"
