"We loved our stay here! It was the perfect size for our small family. We spent a lot of time out on the deck, and in the cozy living room. Beach access was easy and it wasn’t too crowded. We hope to book again next summer!"

"Location of the condo is perfect! Can walk most anywhere, beautiful historic homes, loved the bells from the Episcopal Church! Condo is very spacious, great layout. The balcony is very nice, there was no propane in the fire table however. Would have loved to sit beside the fire as the evenings were pretty chilly! Had brunch at Oliver's on our way out of town. Great views! Will stay here again!"

"Had a great time visiting Wilmington for a long weekend. The location of the stay is right in the middle of everything which was super convenient. Definitely worth paying a little extra for the parking spot in the deck as street parking gets full on the weekends. Property itself is nice, all the necessities. Most of our time was spent out and about anyways. Only con is the noisiness of the bar downstairs. A previous review suggested turning on the AC fan which helped but be prepared to hear it...
