The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were clean, warm and welcoming with everything you needed, breakfast was delicious and we would highly recommend this little gem of a place. "

The premises are within easy reach of main roads to nearby Exeter and the coast, as well as lovely local pubs including Traveller’s Rest and Kings Arms for evening meals. "Lovely private room with en-suite which was annexed to the owners house. Had its own front door, so was completely self contained. Contact in advance was timely and informative. Friendly owner greeted us upon arrival and encouraged us to be in touch if there were any issues, which there weren’t. Room was perfect for our 2 night stay. Clean, well appointed with a huge, comfy bed and facilities for tea and coffee making and enough cutlery and crockery for a ‘bring your own’ breakfast. Driveway...
