"A nice hotel in a compact area. However, there is no parking available anywhere in the area, so the hotel charges $25 to park in their underground garage (which isn’t mentioned anywhere and was a surprise expense for me when I checked in). The customer should be informed of hidden costs."

"Stayed for my birthday. Hotel is beautiful and conveniently located downtown and room was great. Parking was a little confusing as I stayed during Old School Saturday weekend which was extremely busy but I would do it again. "

"This property could use a little updating. If that is not possible at this time then a little attention to detail would work. For instance, update the front doors and clean those elevators! That would make a huge difference. The ladies at the front desk were sweet, friendly and helpful and my room was pretty clean and comfy. But those elevators . . . just take a few hours and clean them. "

"Beautiful hotel and kind staff. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get our room but the staff gave us courtesy drinks while we waited. "We really like and appreciated our stay. The place was clean, comfy and roomy. The kitchen was clean and roomy but was missing a few pieces of cooking equipment (frying pans). There was one TV downstairs and worked well but only had Roku option. The biggest complaint was that we couldn’t relax and watch TV in the bedroom.
