"Place was dirty. Table tops, cabinets and floors needed cleaning. We called and complained and someone came the next day while we were gone. This was evident because they closed the bedroom door; however they didn't clean anything. The same large ball of hair wrapped in dirt was still present and a gel capsule we spotted earlier was still on the floor. The tables were still dirty. The towels were dingy and gray. The place has potential but only if it's clean."

"Cute apartment!! Nice space and safe environment for a mother daughter trip. For a tip when you arrive it’s the second building by the citgo and the FIRST entrance of the building not the second door. Apartment did come with some cook ware and dish ware! Shower has great hot water BUT it’s better to shower later in the evening after the residents shower!! You’ll like this space it’s has some nice safe vibes !!"

"Everything went well, the responses were quick accurate and helpful. It’s a cozy little place and very clean and instructions on how to fold down bed and check in were very clear and simple. Very close to a grocery store and in a quiet neighborhood. The drive to the beach is a bit far but it’s definitely better than staying in a hotel. Would definitely stay again!"

"Very nice property at a shot of sandwedge distance to the beach ( about 100 yds). Clean and two bdrms with confortable beds. Kitchen is basic with no pantry and cookware basic. If you plan on eating at homeit is very basic. Had to ask for salad bowl. Plus no dish rag nor dish towels.had to buy out own. But all the basic is there.very quiet place.beach need to be cleaned up with lits of seaweeds."

"Beautiful neighborhood, very friendly surroundings. Host lives in his, but it was very quiet, which we appreciated. Home and room were beautiful. Only thing I'd point out is perhaps investing in a replacement shower head. Would be good to have a few more coffee pods and creamer available (we are coffee freaks!). Overall 5 stars, the host was more than gracious and accommodating. Would recommend. Would stay again. Thank you. "

"The parking was horrible. There was no designated parking area to safely park vehicle and also the property was on a busy street. The neighborhood also looked very sketchy. The place was clean however, pest control should be done professionally. Seeing roach baits in plain sight throughout the unit made our stay uncomfortable."

"The property was mostly run down! The shower was nasty! We were not given a secure access to the property through code or key once we checked in. We were initially let in remotely. We could lock up when we were there, but we were told by the host to leave the door unlocked when we left. "Enjoyed our stay. Great, quiet location. Parking was challenging on occasion, but doable. Easy access to the building, although the key fob went missing once, it was resolved quickly. Per the previous comments, I was aware the sofa bed wouldn't be the most comfortable for sleeping, but we made do just fine. Communication was excellent. Enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay."
