"Unit is a little outdated but nice.Not truly a ski in - out since you have to walk on the road about 200 yards to get to the Sachem trail.Condo does need ice cube trays since the ice maker is not working.Also the down stairs bath room heater does not work and would be nice since this is where the bath tub is located"

All nonstick cookware have scratches on teflon, oil stains on pans, dates and over used glasses, cups etc. - none of the dining room chairs are safe to sit on. "This condo was the perfect location for our teens to walk over to Carinthia terrain park. This was ideal as we were there during the President’s Day winter storm. The location also made it convenient for us to walk over for dinner at the Loft at Carinthia. The property is perfect and fits a large group if you are with close family and friends. "This place was just about perfect with excellent hosts that were easy to communicate to. My only ask would be to get shades to block the sun in the morning in the bedroom to the left of the upstairs bathroom. We did not use that bedroom because of this reason. That being said, we loved this place so much that we already booked again for next year. "

Kitchen pots/pans we're good quality and fine for small meals but missing basics like a spatula and knivesBathroom had insufficient towels, no shampoo and only 1 small soap. Property manager did not bring replacements when called. Vacasa was the manager "

"Great property with solid amenities and stocked well for two families with 4 kids 1-6 years old. Clubhouse indoor heated pool was clutch. Weather was a bit nuts so be wary if you don’t have 4 wheel drive with snow tires, the house is up a steep mountain and driveway is sloped making it difficult to get out if you are not prepared. Host was super responsive and would come back again!"
