"Wow! This is truly an amazing place! The location, the view of the ocean from the house, and the house itself was beautiful! We had the beach all to ourselves and took long walks, snorkeled, did some fishing and relaxed by the ocean. We stargazed on the deck in the evening! The house had everything we needed and our host was very responsive when we reached out with any questions, and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend staying here - we were sad to leave! You won’t be disappointed! "

"We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Purple Papaya. The cottage was super clean and well stocked. The views were phenomenal! We walked the beach every day. We enjoyed Tippys, for lunch and dinner. We could hear the music from our back porch, while enjoying the pool . Would definitely recommend staying at Purple Papaya. "

Just a minute walk to the beach, rarely saw more than 4 people out and about, great snorkeling, beautiful sunsets at the beach or from the house and all the amenities you need. "Our family of 4 (with 2 kids) had a great time at the Sea Shanty! It was our first time visiting the island and it was the perfect base to explore the island. The cottage is very clean, true to the pictures and was perfectly outfitted with everything you need to be self sufficient! The backyard has a nice clean pool and we especially loved morning coffee on the upper patio. Jethro our host was super responsive (within minutes) and very accommodating!The beach is across the street, down a short 5-10 walk in either direction which was awesome! There’s a small grocery store in town and some great restaurants within 5-10 min drive. We’d come back in a heart beat!"

"This was our third time staying at one of Jethro’s properties, and the first time staying at Trade Winds. On previous visits, we stayed next door at Sea Shanty. This time, we had another couple join us, so we reserved Trade Winds, and it did not disappoint!There are so many hangout options – whether you want shade or sun. The decks were great, and the pool was wonderful!Jethro is a fantastic host. Great communication, and very responsive to any requests.The location of the house is perfect for exploring the island – and the beach across the street is gorgeous. Perfect for a sunrise, or a walk to Tippy’s. As with Sea Shanty, the beach access is across the street, down a short, tree lined path (maybe 3–4-minute walk). We prepared most of our dinners at the house, which was well equipped. Overall, a terrific experience. We can’t wait to go back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Cupid’s Cay. The setting and privacy are really what set this home apart. It’s on a very quiet lot at the end of a road (very bumpy though), right on the Caribbean. The snorkeling and kayaking in front of the house were a huge perk for all of us to enjoy, making us not even need to leave the house for activities. The house is close to plenty of beautiful beaches and a short distance to Governor’s harbour for restaurants and groceries. "
