"Very lovely older home on the lake. The views from the deck and living room are magical, lush and the air divine - a very old-forest feel. We had a wonderful stay! The furnishings are very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. It is on the small side with spiral staircases going up to the loft and down to the den(?). The stairs are quite narrow which can make it difficult for some. The path to the lake/dock is a little steep in places and needs just a little trimming and a few...

"This was our 4th time staying at this house on the dunes and we had a wonderful time as always! The house had been updated with new carpet and deep-cleaned since the last time we were there so it was all nice and fresh. It is so nice to be able to just hop on our toys and head out to the sand without the hassle of trailering. Plus, we were able to bring our dogs down with us which is a big deal. We always hate to leave them at home with a sitter! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for...

"This house is very spacious and nicely located in a gated community with awesome views. There are 3 living/family rooms, and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Great separation of space. Nicely decorated with high-end appliances, linens, towels, kitchen ware as well as comfortable couches and beds. Initially thought about booking 2 to 3 hotel rooms, but would highly recommend booking this house instead. Plenty of parking for our vehicles and trailer with sand toys. "Great little three bedroom for the price! It could have been a little cleaner upon arrival, you could tell somebody hadn't been there in a while. Spiders and spider webs inside the dwelling and out. All the issues were relatively minor. The can opener is broken, the hall bath doesn't hold water, and the carpet is frayed in some areas, leaving sharp trip hazards. Overall we had a great day, the place was relatively quiet and close to amenities."

"Overall, the stay was awesome and we loved the house! We were here for a crabbing trip and it was a convenient distance to the boat launch. The house was clean and we LOVED the kitchen. It was well stocked with spices and cookware. The island also made for a nice social setting and the table was big enough to for us all to eat together. The only down side was they forgot to leave us dishwasher soap and we had to handwash dishes throughout our vacation. They did allow us to leave dirty dishes...

"We planned a fishing / crabbing trip out of Winchester Bay. This property was perfect for me and my four friends. The master bedroom is on the main floor with three other bedrooms on the top floor. The bedrooms on the top floor have limited headroom due to the roof line. If you are not extra tall you will be fine. The kitchen was the most well equipped vacation rental home that I have found. This property worked great for our fishing trip!"
