"Great place for kids and grandparents. The kids were never bored. They had the kayaks. The house was incredible. Everybody loved their room. It was in a great neighborhood. My wife and are in our 70s and we had no problem with access to the dock and the lake. it is close to a boat launch so we able to easily launch our boat and keep it at the dock overall it was one fabulous vacation.were."

"Our 84 year old matriarch had the great privilege of having all of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren under one roof. This was the first time, now I don't think we can Not do it. It was amazing. The view is great. The lake was damned up so my brother didn't get to fish, but we were okay with that as well. We all loved being together in this amazing home. "

"Family of 11 ranging from grandparents to infants shared this wonderful home during the week of Thanksgiving. Lots of space for everyone to separate but also great living areas on the first floor and basement to stay together. The game room was a great hit with the kids and parents. The house has a great location on the lake and I can imagine this is a bustling spot in the summer to swim. The breeze off the lake was definitely brisk but that lended to the magic of the holiday. Great space to run around in the front yard and beautiful views of the lake on both patios. The top patio was a little slanted but we kept our kiddos on the lower patio. Beds were great and comfortable and the kitchen had all of the items we needed to cook at home. Location is great, about 90 minutes to Nashville, 20-30 minutes to the Jack Daniels Distillery and 20-30 minutes to great hiking spots with waterfalls. And there was some great BBQ spots in the surrounding cities. All-in-all, a great trip and would highly recommend."

"The home was beautiful - it looks just like the photos. We had a great time. When in the house, we spent most of our time in the sunroom - it was beautiful. The host went out of her way to make the place comfortable and inviting, ensuring we had a great time. She provided some snacks, coffee pods for the keurig, and the kitchen was stocked with pots, silverware, etc. She had a book with information about different restaurants in the area - was a great host and easy to work with. I would recommend staying here and would go back again. "

"Six 76 year young high school teammates enjoyed a 3 day reunion at this very clean and comfortable house. The house was perfect for 6 old friends to sit in the large great room or large screened-in porch and reminisce and re-connect.. The lake view from the great room and screened-in porch is great. All the beds and furniture was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and uncontested. Be sure to have lunch at Ms Mary BoBos in Lynchburg. We highly recomend this property. "
