"Query the room for disabled visitors with walk in shower. had to go in the lift walk the length of the hotel and down in lift to access room 301. Very happy with reception who were very willing to change our original room to one with the walk-in shower.. my only query is why you had to go up along and down to access this room. Otherwise, everything perfect, thank you.."

"Lovely little B&B close to the seafront. Stayed here during off season so they arranged to meet me at the B&B for check-in and the communication was excellent. Very friendly staff during check-in and out. Easily walkable to the town and train station"

"After one operation for myself earlier this year and another booked in for the end of April, we took the opportunity to get away for a few days in Folkestone and certainly made the right choice of hotel. In a quiet location, the room size was excellent for the price with everything we needed supplied. Whilst an English breakfast was available, we were more than happy with our continental breakfast. When we next look to visit Folkstone, we would certainly look at this hotel first."

"We chose this hotel because it was very close to the Le Shuttle terminal, and it was very convenient. We stayed in a family room with our two children, 6 and 10 years. The room was great, two single beds and a double with lots of room unlike other family rooms we have stayed in. It was also quiet and dark, so we had a good sleep. "4 night stay in late February. We booked a 2 bed apartment( 1 double and small room with bunk beds). Had corner balcony overlooking the Liane river towards town. Heating worked a treat intact had to open windows to cool down. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, resolved an issue with broken hair dryer swiftly. Booked parking for our stay in the underground car park belonging to Evancy. Checkout is usually 10.00 but we paid the extra to extend until 14.00. deposit taken on arrival...
