However, I must say the check-in process was the easiest I’ve come across, clear instructions and codes made it seamless. The room was a delight and had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be using Urban again!"

"Lovely apartment in great location next to city centre. The owner had an issue with previous guests who trashed the apartment, however when we arrived the apartment was clean and in great condition. Only issue was a slight dampness to couch due to him having to clean because of previous users. This would not put me off using this apartment again, thank you for the use of your apartment"

"Very close to railway station. We only stayed 2 nights but there ware foods and drinks ready to use which was very helpful. We didn’t need to go to get them and save time. I wasn’t informed but we had 2 bedrooms, my original booking was one bedroom so it was very spacious for us. Great stay, thanks!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the place felt very homey. Everything went smoothly with check-in and check-out, and the host was easy to communicate with. We’d happily stay here again!"

"We had a lovely stay for 2 nights for a friends 50th birthday, the apartment was lovely and clean and very central to everything and all walking so need for your car. The parking was expensive, so if possible catch the train as it is less than 2 3 minute walk to the apartment , i would highly recommend a stay here and there is a sainsburys opposite so can pick up any essentials. "

"I was in flat 5. Easy access, i phoned in advance to arrange entry into the apartment, i was there a little early, thankfully so was the lady who gave me the keys and showed me around the apartment. Good welcome pack was nice.. All amenities work well. The wifi code was a little tricky, as the login was incorrect, but the password was fine. "The apartment was very tired, the kitchen tap was out of position and was dripping, the bathroom sink was blocked, Coat hanger was off the wall. Only found instructions to download inside cupboard door as we left on how to operate appliances. No broom provided to clean terrace, chairs full of blossom. Very minimal provision of kitchen equipment. The location and ease of getting into Cambridge was very good, did not use catering, but nearby Sainsburys was a very useful. Receptionist very helpful....

"This hotel is perfectly located in the City Center. I had a great experience thanks to the polite and accommodating staff. The rooms were spotless, and I would rate the overall service a perfect 10/10. However, if you enjoy a hearty breakfast, this may not be the right hotel for you. While breakfast is included, it is quite basic. On the plus side, there are free snacks available all day."

Big country house, if don't want to be in centre

"We stayed in the main house. Lovely setting, feels very grand. Only stayed one night but had a great stay. Everything was clean. Bed super comfy. Shower massive. We paid for the breakfast which was good and brought to the table. Service was polite and attentive throughout. App wasn't great, but reception sorted a key card straight away no fuss. M11 is a gentle drone in the background.if open the windows. Can walk to the park and ride in 5 mins to get a bus in. Uber was £14 back from centre. Cheaper and nicer than staying in the centre. Loads of parking. Had a nice walk in the morning out around. Gardens and in to the next village. Would wholly recommend. "

Nice room

"Room was clean with various lighting options, quiet and my accessibility requests were honoured. Had difficulty screen casting, requires specific app such as mirroring or screen sharing. Dont association Radisson with restaurant as ive found all hotels, UK based, to be more of a dressed upp Toby Carvery. I would like to stay and dine here if the menu reflected the venue."

Everything fine.

"Everything was great although the bar was closed by the time I arrived at 11.20. A bit of a shame that, as I would have liked a drink. Also, I have a CPAP machine and it was a bit of a faff to plug in as the plug was under the TV opposite the bed, rather than by the bedside. Overall, though, most impressed, staff were friendly and well-presented and the room was clean and well-maintained. The inclusive breakfast and the double-door that closed either toilet or shower was a nice touch. "
