"When my daughter and I woke up she had bites on her arm. We looked around the bed and noticed a couple of bed bugs. We got some toilet paper and flushed them down the toilet. When we went to check out nobody was in the area. The parking lot had alot of garbage from area fast food places. "

"It had a nice room size and furnitures. A/c and heater worked great. But the bed sheet and blankets were very old and dirty looking. It was wairde the man passed you the shower towels when you checked in, aren't they supposed to be stocked in the shower room? The breakfast was a very simple one."

"It was all fine, except I purchased the breakfast at $8 and the restaurant was closed on Thanksgiving. I asked the desk manager to refund the $8 and they said I would need to contact Expedia because they paid the hotel. That's why I thought the hotel should refund the $8. Anyway, I will contact Expedia about this. "

"Few days ago I paid $210/night plus $50 valet parking in a “fancy” hotel in Indianapolis, what a waste of money. For $63 in American Motor Inn I got the same bed size and comfort and much better sleep. The location is safe, quiet and they have parking. The young man at the reception is kind and friendly. Great customer service. Rock Island is a very beautiful place and in few minutes drive you can visit Davenport, Iowa. We’re definitely recommend this motel and we’re planning on coming back...
