"We had a great stay. The property was clean, cute, and perfect for a couple of friends in town for a getaway/wine tasting (the king bed was so large and comfy that it was easy to share). There were lots of little details that made us feel welcome, but the highlight was the wonderful communication and support from Lanette (member of the property management team) before the trip. Thank you! The only confusing part is that we *assumed* the door with a code right by the parking spaces was the door...

"Loved the space and especially the location of this place!! There is a market across the street and some great coffee and bagel places in the area! Discovered 23rd St and all the cute shops etc the morning we had to check out. The unit was perfect for the 4 of us. Just wished there was better parking but we lucked out finding street parking "

"Property is centrally located, nice common area. Coffee pot had moldy liquid and grounds when we checked in, lobby area is very dirty and unwelcoming, unit itself was clean otherwise. "

"Charming condo in a wonderful neighborhood.My only critical feedback is around a notice after booking received just prior to the stay stating that pets must not bark if left alone. This should be clear in the initial listing for customers to consider before they book.We ended up not being able to go anywhere without our dog with us due to this policy and the uncertainty whether they would bark or not, which is not in our control.Otherwise, everything about our stay was wonderful."

"This apartment is a nice remodel, well done. For those of us that are not used to crawded Portland neighborhoods without on site parking requirments parking on the street can a frustration. We arrived in the evening for the first night and had to park the next street over to find a empty spot. Really appriciated the owner including a paid parking permit with the rental."
