We enjoyed the cabin very much. It was very cozy and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, a great bed, amazing shower, nice deck and grill surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers and a luxurious hot tub. All the modern convenience with TVs, ports and electronics. Well appointed and close to many activities, restaurants and the mountain.

It was a great stay! We loved the porch/grill and the hot tub of course. The whole house is absolutely beautiful. The shower was awesome! Even with the rain during our stay, we still had a ton of stuff to do. Will definitely be back again soon! Katie&Justin

Lovely space!
This was a beautiful and comfortable cabin. I was there for a solo vacation and enjoyed having a lot of space to myself. The kitchen had the dishes and appliances I needed, the bed was comfortable, the a/c kept the place at a cool temp, the bathroom had a great shower, I loved having the washer/dryer easily accessible, and the hot tub was a treat! One note for future renters: it is “rustic” in the sense that there was evidence each morning of mice having been in the kitchen overnight.

Beautiful little getaway spot! Cozy and tucked away just enough to feel woodsy, but not too far from so many great things to do! Loved our stay, especially hot tubbing after hiking in the gorgeous fall Adirondack mountains!

Great Cabin Stay!
The property was a cozy cabin very close to Whiteface ski mountain and a 20 min drive to the center of Lake placid! The cabin had so many thoughtful things in it! It was a perfect cabin to come back to after long days of skiing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat !

We loved the house, the proximity to the ski resort, Lake Placid and cross country skiing at Mount Van Hoevenberg. Lovely place; loved the updated bathroom, well appointed, easy check in and very responsive owners when we had questions. LOVED the hot tub.

Weekend Getaway
Cute and cozy cabin - incredible few days of unwinding and relaxation. The location is perfect - off the road enough to feel very secluded. We really enjoyed being able to unwind while being close enough to hikes and activities. Perfect for a couples weekend or small family getaway.

Relaxing Couples Getaway
Our stay was relaxing from start to finish. The house was located conveniently to main roads while being far enough away to give a far away feel. Unwinding in the hot tub and sitting by the fire were the perfect way for us to spend our weekend.

Great Place to Stay in Wilmington
The RedLOj is a great place to stay when visiting Wilmington or Lake Placid. The drive to Lake Placid is less than 15 minutes and is beautiful. The checkin / checkout process was easy. The cabin itself was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for our stay, would definitely consider staying there again.

Great Place to Enjoy the Adirondacks
The house was exactly as shown in the listing. The check-in was easy and the owners reached out by text very soon after we arrived to check on us. The area is great, with a nice convenience store down the street if we needed anything. We spent most of our time in Lake Placid, the drive is easy and very scenic. Would stay there again next time we're in the area.

Perfect Fall Getaway
This was the perfect fall getaway for my husband and I to relax and celebrate our anniversary. The house is very cozy. It’s also close to many great hiking trails, restaurants, and not far to the town of Lake Placid. We also loved being able to take our dog with us!

Great stay with the dogs
This is a great mix of rustic and modern. The location is close to Whiteface and Lake Placid and other area attractions. Although it's on a main road, it feels very private. The internet is fast. The HVAC is new. The bed is very comfortable. The gas fireplace and hot tub are nice pluses. It was very pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended! Cozy, very comfy beds, clean, updated, dog friendly, attention to detail!
Just perfect for our family of 3 humans and 2 dogs! The owners clearly invested time and energy in the property as though they lived there year round with the MOST comfortable beds (best i have ever had in a rental), a brand new bathroom, mudroom and dining room, very reliable technology options including internet, tvs and great speakers; an easy to use and super cozy propane fire place, fully equipped kitchen and a very clean and inviting hot tub! Super dog friendly with a gated deck and a crate for use! Stocked with great games, cozy blankets and fantastic pillows too! The location is great with trails both easy and difficult within minutes, Whiteface a short drive away and Lake Placid a quick 20 min drive. We loved it and will be back....

We had the BEST time at Red Loj. The place far and beyond exceeded our expectations. So cozy and comfortable, very well equipped, perfect location for a ski trip at Whiteface. The hosts were amazing to communicate with as well - we had a question about the fireplace and got a very prompt and kind response. They have really gone out of their way to make you feel welcome Would absolutely recommend this property, and very much looking forward to returning in the near future.
