The living room is complete with a large custom gas fireplace and comfortable seating, the dining area is able to accommodate 4-6 and the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware and the dishes needed to prepare meals for dining at home. The spacious bonus room holds a TV, sleeper sofa and a games table that offers guests space to either plug in to catch up on social media or to enjoy a board game.
Step out onto the large deck with outdoor furniture and a grill or relax around the fire pit in the back yard toasting smores while enjoying the fresh Adirondack air and doing a bit of stargazing! Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
