Marble Mountain Chalet is your dream vacation home! With mountain views and amenities galore, this home is an Adirondack paradise. Your luxurious home away from home is equipped with everything to relax, have fun and enjoy quality time with family and friends.

The chalet's location is superb close to skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, fishing, swimming, and other water sports plus shopping, dining, sporting, and cultural attractions. Each summer, the Ironman competition passes right through our town of Wilmington!

Bedroom Details:

Marble Mountain Chalet sleeps 10 people. There are 4 bedrooms, each with king-sized beds. It comfortably sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. 2 queen-size foam mattresses are also available.
The upper-level bedroom is a spacious, ensuite master bedroom with generous closet space.

A second large ensuite master bedroom is conveniently located on the main level. On the lower level, the third and fourth bedrooms each have their own entrance for extra privacy, light, and easy outdoor access.

All bedrooms boast flat-screen televisions, ceiling fans, oversized closets, warm color schemes, and comfy linens. A travel crib (pack n play) is provided for your convenience. All linens are included. Each spacious bedroom has warm, stylish colors and tasteful decor for a luxurious stay. The beds are comfortable and inviting for a restful night's sleep under beautiful, warm quilts. Extra pillows are on the beds for your enjoyment, and spare blankets are available for chilly nights.

Each bedroom has ample closets with wooden hangers and drawer space for unpacking. Ceiling fans are in each room to enable greater air circulation. The two bedrooms on the main and upper floor (and living room) have A/C units.

Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling lighting and side table lamps that offer a softer glow for watching TV or relaxing.

Bathroom Details:
Each bathroom in this amazing chalet is spacious, comfortable, and stylish. Marble Mountain Chalet has three full bathrooms plus a half bathroom on the main level. The master bathrooms are on the upper and main levels of the home and offer oversized custom tile showers. The lower-level bathroom has a steam shower. Also on the lower level is a relaxing Finlandian dry sauna, perfect for sore muscles and health!

Kitchen:
Our kitchen is a chef's dream! With expansive granite countertops and a full complement of tools and appliances, you'll enjoy preparing fantastic meals for the entire crew! Stools around the table/bar area enable your group to eat and gather together. Wireless internet plus local phone calling (USA only) is provided. Long-distance calls are not included. However, video and phone calls can be made using appropriate Wi-Fi apps.

Outdoor Living:
The outdoor living space at Marble Mountain Chalet is sure to please you with fantastic amenities to help you maximize your vacation enjoyment. Views from the oversized deck of the Stevenson Wilmington mountain range and, in winter, Whiteface Mountain is lovely. The deck contains a 5-person hot tub. dining table and chairs. The yard offers plenty of room for playing and enjoying the great outdoors and a fire pit for making s'mores and memories with family and friends.

Additional Information:
For your comfort, from June 1st to September 15th, we are pleased to provide the main and upper-level bedrooms and the living room with air conditioning units.

The following items are minimally supplied (enough to get you started): toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, and bath soap. Linens are provided, including bedsheets, washcloths, and bath towels, to use during your stay. We do not supply kitchen spices, condiments, hand towels, beach towels, shampoo, body soaps, or charcoal.

A plow service shovels snow (above 5 inches) in winter. Sand and a snow shovel are available on the front deck for guest use. Note: We have a septic system. Please only flush septic-safe toilet paper, not paper towels, diapers, baby wipes, faces wipes, feminine products, etc.

The location of Marble Mountain Chalet is perfect for couples, families, adventurers, nature lovers, shoppers, foodies, and everyone else! For children, Marble Mountain Chalet is a children's dream! With a large yard in which to run and play amongst trees and rocks, it's like nature's playground! A seasonal creek on the premises enables the exploration of frogs and insects. Children will delight in combing the grounds for dead wood to stock the outdoor fire pit and, once the fire is roaring, roasting marshmallows, making s'mores, and sharing stories from the day!

The home is ideally situated, just 1.9 miles from Whiteface Mountain Resort, a 15-minute drive from Lake Placid, and steps from hiking trails that vary from relaxed walking beginner trails to hard climbs/expert trails. Be sure to visit the beautiful Wilmington Flume Trails, a 3-minute drive from the chalet.

Boasting over 283 acres of skiable terrain, 86 trails, and 11 lifts, Whiteface Mountain has the greatest vertical drop east of the Rockies. It features diverse terrain for beginner skiers and snowboarders, expert glades and slides for the advanced, and loads of trails for everyone in between! The longest run is the 2.1 mile 'Wilmington Trail,' and total ski and snowboarding trails stretch over 22 miles. Whiteface Mountain is truly fun for everyone! In summer, Whiteface offers splendid views, gondola rides, mountain biking, 4x4 expeditions, extreme tubing, and more.

A charming, all-season resort town, Lake Placid boasts a Main Street, unique, locally-owned shops, loads of dining options, sporting and cultural events, a movie theatre, mini-golf, and a waterfront park where live music is featured weekly during summer. The town also has supermarkets, delis, and other conveniences.

Marble Mountain Chalet is spotless, and the owners and rental team take tremendous pride in ensuring it is perfect for each guest's vacation. Our handyman service is on call 24 hours a day for any issue during your stay.

Select USA & Canadian holidays are subject to a 3 to 5-night minimum stay, otherwise there is a 2-night minimum stay. Pricing includes nightly rent, cleaning fee, Damage Protection Policy fee, and 5% Essex County bed tax. The Damage Protection fee covers accidental damage to furniture, appliances, electronic devices, windows, doors, and any home resource up to $1,500. If damages exceed $1,500, guests agree to cover the difference.
