"The hotel did not have wifi for 4 days. No options were given even though there was a pay subscription wifi service at the property. The staff was nice but maybe culture wise was not what was expected. But I do not have any concrete complains. A couple of days hot water and heating was unavailable during the mornings. Finally, it is my opinion that the restaurant Benedict has become a problem for the hotel. The restaurant is great but its success has become quite a problem for hotel guests....

"Very well-kept with kind staff and in a good location. The shared showers make a noise that is ridiculously loud and harsh though. My friend was unable to use them due to a sound sensitivity which is not ideal for a 4-night stay. Otherwise a very nice hotel."
