"Lovely, cozy place, amazingly soundproofed which is a very rare thing in Europe. My room was on the ground floor and the road was too close, but I could hear nothing. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, so the place is one of my favourite to stay in Germany "

"We stayed for two nights over the new year to help our dog and newborn baby cope better with the fireworks -- Germany has crazy loud fireworks. We had one of the inner facing business rooms on the fifth floor. Our dog was able to make it through the fireworks in Berlin for the first time without hyperventilating and shivering himself into throwing up. We are so grateful. Our newborn was well accommodated with a baby bed and the dog fee of 25€ a night go us a dedicated dog bed, can of dog food,...

"Friendly and helpful staff. Room and amenities were more than adequate. Very nice breakfast. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. There was a safe in the room, but no mini frig which would have been nice. The wifi was generally good, but the signal dropped or slowed at times. "

"the stay was nice - the private bathroom was really handy. the cleaner didnt knock and just let themselves in but id just come out the shower so that was a bit awkward. the reception staff werent over friendly but i understand theyre at work and no one likes work! the bed was sooo comfortable and the location was great. super thin walls and door, felt a bit like a toy house and could easily hear next doors conversation. i would stay again!
