"Wow! Where do I begin! I personally want to give praise to Lynn Parker for her impeccable customer service she provided to my family and I last night! We checked in for a staycation and this surpassed any home away from home that I could ever imagine. She upgraded our room to not just any room but the presidential suite! We had no idea what we were walking into and our mouths dropped as soon as we opened the door. The views from that suite were breathtaking and the spaciousness was unbelievable....

"Pros: check in was easy. Hotel was extremely clean and in a quiet area of the city. The shower water pressure was great. Cons: the bed was uncomfortably firm. The room was spartan: dim lightbulbs, no trash can in the bedroom. The rooms are not soundproofed very well; a lot of hardwood floors leading to noises from the hallway being too clear. "
