"The bungalow was a perfect place for our family to spread out during Clemson family weekend. The Seneca location was a nice escape after a long game day on campus. Our college daughter even spent the night with us for a night and used one of the rooms to get a good night's sleep. The desk in the bedroom came in handy while she studied for an upcoming exam. "Our family of 6 was more than comfortable in this property. The kitchen was so well stocked and had anything you could need to prepare meals. The back porch was perfect to watch college football and hang out with the kids. Fishing off the dock was an added bonus, even though we didn’t get anything. Looking forward to booking this property again! "

"My wife and I wanted a quiet few nights away to celebrate our 15 year anniversary & this ended up being exactly what we were looking for. The location is great - it was fun to watch the river tubers come through, and while it is a busy little area with many tiny homes, it was quiet and felt secluded. "Cute place. Interesting decor. Very well stocked with needed items. We’re not happy with beds. Rubber or plastic on mattresses are so hot. Foam mattress in second bedroom needs to be replaced. Sags in the middle. Tried kids beds and plastic undercover sooo hot. "

"Absolutely loved this little cottage! Its perfect for a clemson visit as a quick shot down 123 gets you right to campus or the same distance other direction gets you to greenville for dinner. We especially loved the back deck. It was very hot the weekend we were there and the back deck remained pleasant and cool! The fenced yard was AMAZING for furry companions. Its a chain link fence and the owner has carefully plugged up the bottom so even the smallest puppers would not be able to escape! "

"We had two families for a football game weekend and the house was truly delightful! Incredibly clean from top to bottom, new appliances, great bathrooms, plenty of sleeping spaces and so much room for everyone to eat and gather. Even with 11 people in the house, teens and adults, the house felt peaceful from room to room and we could hardly hear the teens downstairs.
