"Great stay. Friendly staff. Nice that it was walking distance to CW. I especially liked the louvered (slotted) door in addition to the main door at the room. It was comfortable outside so we could leave the main door open and close the louvered letting air in but still have privacy. People from the outside can't tell if your main door is open."

"I like the staff they were very helpful and patient. I didn’t like that the outlets (on the lamp base) were unable to keep my device charged because the outlets were loose ( updated lamps might help), the wi-fi internet service was very slow and when I tried to turn my heater up higher it stayed in the auto mode. Otherwise, I would stay again in the future. I forgot to mention another good like for me was the breakfast bar, it stayed plentiful of food choices and it was well kept."

The improvements really stood out—from the clean rooms to the fresh, welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.
