"We really enjoyed our three day-two night stay here. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean! The breakfast was hot and delicious. It was convienently located near a highway exit and close by a larger tourist area so the price was half of what it would have cost if we had stayed in the town just 15 minutes further south. We definitely hope to stay here again. "

"The manager was very accomadating with our late arrival (11:00 pm) as we were staying there after a Wedding. Very kind man. Room was clean and of course the coffee available in the morning was key! Fresh fluffy towels and face make up cloths were also a nice touch."

"Our family had a fabulous time and called this home for several days. Our host was great and responsive to any questions we had. We loved the spacious rooms, clean kitchen and ability to grill with charcoal. The fenced in yard was perfect for family games and also for our two dogs. It was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and a grocery store just up the road. I’d highly recommend this home for a family seeking to enjoy Lake Delevan! "

"The front desk clerk was quite rude. The room had broken parts on the tub, the mattress on the pull out couch (gross!), the heaters were incredibly loud in the bedroom and living room, the water was filled with toxins which we could actually see floating in our drinking glasses. The bathroom was actually scummy. I had to clean the tub twice. It wasn't resort quality, however we did speak to the front desk clerk on our second day and she waived the resort fee.
