"A girlfriend and I wanted a few days R and R. This stunning property and location fitted the bill. The beds were so comfortable! Felt cocooned for a few days. Just what we needed. Would recommend the property to anyone wanted to get away from it all. Only downside was the check in process as it was dark by 4pm. We struggled to find the property despite good directions and then found we could not see very well to open the key box. "

The property is a good size, modern (on the inside) and well equipped, and was 10 minutes walk from central Stratford. Communication and check in was faultless, would gladly stay there again if we were in the area."

"Very quiet location in a residential area. Park and ride is a few minutes away and is a much cheaper option than trying to find somewhere to park in Stratford and only takes about 10 minutes on the bus. Could have done with a mirror on the wall in the single bedroom and there were no locks on the toilet and bathroom doors but wasn’t an issue for us."

"We loved it. Took a bit to get used to the idiosyncrasies and quirks (keys to open doors, no headroom in shower), but we'll chalk that up to the charm. Property manager could communicate a bit better, but we would recommend this vrbo in a heartbeat. Thanks!"

"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing September week at this spacious and well-equipped holiday cottage set in ample private and quiet grounds. A delight to look out of the window at the horses grazing in the adjacent field. Always a pleasure to return to the cottage after outings and walks from the doorstep on local lanes, footpaths and the Stratford-Upon-Avon canal. We walked every day and never did the same walk twice. "

Luxury open plan living in the heart of the Cotswolds.

"A superb purpose-built cottage in the middle of the sleepy Cotswold countryside, we relaxed and luxuriated amid all the mod cons that included electric blinds, heated floors, large television and generous lounges. We loved every moment of our stay, driving to picturesque villages and warming our hands by the fire. Our hosts Chris & Liz were both helpful and charming; we look forward to returning for another visit."

"Perfect quiet place for two after several days of city sounds. A few great places to eat as long as you have a reservation. Can walk to everything. Good bakery with espresso not too far. The Cotswold Way begins (or ends) here so there are plenty of walkers about... like mentioned earlier make those reservations if it's a busy season."

"Wonderful old house (1482), quaint, but modern amenities where necessary. Central yet quiet in the evening. Wonderful copper bathtub to luxuriate in. "

"We stayed in this property for 3 nights. It is absolutely beautiful and was spotlessly clean. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well stocked for those wishing to do so. The host was always available and replied to all queries very quickly. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again."

"We had a wonderful experience, the facilities are of high quality, convenient and comfortable. We definitely recommend it."

"This property was a great location and was overall very clean. Parking was a dream. The only issues were that there was a leak from the ceiling which caused a bit of a musty smell and the dishes in the cupboard were not clean. The beds were very comfortable and the location was in a great neighbour with many shops and restaurants. It was also very quiet. "

"The cottage was beautiful and in a good location in the Cotswolds. It had everything we needed and as a nice touch, there was milk and biscuits for us when we arrived! Would definitely recommend this cottage to others."
