"Clean (thanks Kimberly) comfortable old school motel. Check in with Shelly was personable and informative, but also fast and seamless. Generous sized room with king sized bed. No coffee, but free bottled water if desired. "

"Everything about our stay was great, including a delicious dinner at the restaurant. We got up early to look at the cranes and came back to check out. In case the owners are reading this, I would like to make one comment, which is that a fair number of people are sensitive to fragrance And it would be great if you would use sent free laundry detergent and not place an infuser inside. It could certainly be an option for a guest that would like that. Otherwise a perfect stay "

"This is a great jumping off point for birding the north of southern AZ. The cranes are amazing. We went at dusk and again at dawn. Simply stunning. The proximity to good Mexican and bbq was a bonus.Hiking in the Ciricahua National Monument was marvelous and there are lots of other hikes nearby, as well as Roper Lake to the north on Safford. It’s even wighin reason to drive to Patagonia for the day, as we did. "

We saw deer everyday. Due to it being out of town, there was very little light pollution and the stars were amazing. I would recommend this property. "
