"We booked this place do to its size and how they allowed parties. I needed a bigger space for my party to he thrown. Fits us all really comfortable we had a blast! So beautiful big and fun! The down fall, we get there later then 4 cause my hours ran over at work. The door knob on the inside of the front door. Came right off! I messaged the host the second it happened. There is no closets or places to put your things away if you plan on staying longer then a couple days and finally there was not...

Just to reiterate some words of caution - Frantz Rd is a long one lane road that leads to the driveway of the property. The smell of the water is absolutely awful, it's true! "The house was a great find for our group. With 6 adults, and 6 kids it was a great combination of space, entertainment, and fun. The kids enjoy up her the hot tub and the movie theater, the adults enjoyed the pool table and large space to spread out. All parties agreed this would be a great place to rent again during the summer to use the pool as well. "

"When we were looking for a Hocking Hills weekend rental, we wanted something cozy, secluded, but also close to all the best hiking trails. THIS PROPERTY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. There are vast common spaces where our group played games, ate together and enjoy each others company. It also has lots of space to spread out if you need to be alone and relax. Added bonus, you can watch the sunrise, from the wrap around balcony, while siping coffee, listening to the birds and watching mist from the lake....
