"The apartment is lovely, very comfortable. Location is great, just across road from zillertalbahn, so getting about was easy. Aschau itself very small and quiet, but we liked that, Mayrhofen only short train ride away. Marina and her mum were lovely, will definatly be returning."

"Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Fanilienfeier gebucht mit insgesamt 19 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, was für eine große Gruppe perfekt war. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und es gibt kein Stau im Bad. Die Küche war allerdings nicht komplett für so viele Personen ausgestattet. Kochen für 19 Personen ist schwer, aber machbar. "Stunning property in an amazing location with fabulous views. Thoroughly enjoyed our months stay ' all amenities needed were to hand 'very comfortable & spacious 'absolutely loved the bath after a hard days skiing . "The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"

"Ginzling - unlike some of the nearby towns - remains an authentic, likeable and calm village. It's a fabulous base for walking the zillertarel alps. We hired a car but didnt really need it as there are many walk from the door and a regular bus service between mayrhofen and the lake at the very end of the valley. Gerda and Kurt are fabulous, helpful and welcoming hosts. Can honestly say in many years of self-catering in Europe, I've never met such attentive hosts. The apartment is well-equipped...

"The apartment was clean and beautifully situated, the reception was friendly. We managed well with the english-german language differences. This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. We were sorry to leave as there was so much more to enjoy and see. The German /Austrian Alps were enthralling."

"Nette kleine saubere Ferienwohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, mitten im Ski-Gebiet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief ohne Probleme und er war immer recht freundlich. Wir waren im Sommer dort, da wir sehr gerne wandern. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Wanderwege und auch tolle Möglichkeiten den Tag zu verbringen wenn es mal regnet."
