"It's a charming hotel in an equally charming ski village. We traveled off season so it was very quiet. We had the Snow White room which we were very happy with. It was spacious and comfortable. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and the staff were very accommodating. We ate at the hotel because it was convenient for us. The breakfast buffet was typical Austrian style with many items. "Die Lage in der Wildschönau ist wunderbar. Nebenan ist das Freibad und ein großer Spielplatz. Im Herbst allerdings ist nicht viel los und das Hotel eher für Monteure eine willkommene Unterkunft. "We had a great stay at the Staffler. The rooms are pretty basic but comfortable and clean. What makes this hotel exceptional is the service. Everyone is so friendly and cannot do enough for you, They definitely go above and beyond. The ski guiding service that they provided was great and a real bonus. There were no restrictions on our dog and he received lots of loving attention. He had a ball. I would highly recommend the hotel and we would certainly go back. "

"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Nette kleine saubere Ferienwohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, mitten im Ski-Gebiet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief ohne Probleme und er war immer recht freundlich. Wir waren im Sommer dort, da wir sehr gerne wandern. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Wanderwege und auch tolle Möglichkeiten den Tag zu verbringen wenn es mal regnet."
