"House was lovely and in a great location. Was very spacious and well equipped apart from lack of recycling bags and washing up equipment. Was hard to get hold of the owner and get check in instructions. I had to chase a few times and get vrbo to chase them. On the morning of check in I was advised to transfer a security deposit of a few hundred pounds to get the check in details. It was all fine but I was nervous we wouldn't get the details in time. "We would generally stay in hotels / Prem inn etc - but decided to try something different. The location was very convenient. The property was delightful - well appointed - very charming It was spotless. An added touch was access to Netflix and Amazon. Nice pub in the village too Would stay again if work commitments take us to this part of the world again. Would highly recommend this property. "

"Very large property, lots of space in kitchen/diner and two living rooms, plus utility room. Family party of seven seniors, felt very at home here. Kitchen had just about everything, you just had to find where things were. Four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin bedded. Onsuite bathroom with the master bedroom. Fairly large secluded garden, with several outdoor seating areas. Quiet area, easy parking for 3 – 4 vehicles. Very quick responses from excellent, obliging host. Only improvement...

"Honestly sometimes pictures lie but we walked in and every picture that we saw the house matched exactly. It’s a beautiful home with lots of space for you and the family to stay. We had a great time and would suggest this place to anyone and we will be booking again….!! "

"Quiet and very comfortable. Although I didn’t use it the local pub has a good reputation and there is a local Nisa. The continental breakfast provision was excellent. Limited cooking capability but fine if you are ok with microwavable meals."

"The property is in need of decoration, and maybe a new front door ? For the price, we expected a lot better. Don’t like the idea of a security camera pointing right at you in the back garden (and I don’t believe it has anything to do with security) Paying a fee for a deep clean ?
