"Second stay at this hotel with family, really enjoyed again and sure we will return. Staff all lovely and helpful especially with children. Small issue dealt with quickly. Really like the relaxed atmosphere in the bar and seating area and outside area around the lovely lake. Great being able to get good food not just in the restaurant. The pool is really nice but feel it would be good especially in the holidays to extend the kids swim times just a little longer as we were unable to use the pool on the first night and it wasn't very late at all. Stayed in a junior suite and really liked the extra touches. Having the kids on a large sofa bed in another separated part of the room makes a big difference. Also the jacuzzi bath and the inclusive well stocked mini fridge make it feel like value is added and help create a relaxing stay and make us choose this over other hotels in the area. Also the breakfast both days was very nice and no fuss."

"Basic hotel but very clean, large rooms, and perfect for an overnight stay at a very low cost so near to London. All reception staff (3 different during our stay) really friendly and helpful. Would definately stop here again if in the area."
