"We have stayed here twice now and have had a wonderful time both trips. The pool is the highlight and we spent a lot of time in it. "Pros: Plenty of parking, you get a free drink voucher and you can order a pub meal to be delivered to your room. Cons: They are strict with check in and you cannot get in earlier than 2pm, the shower didn't have any soap in the provided pump dispenser and the walls are pretty thin, you can hear footsteps of other guests walking past your room. "

"Travelling with 2 adults and 2 kids 9yrs & 13yrs. Short stay. Breakfast and parking options were great. Kids loved the pool and the gym equipment was new and more than adequate. Short walk to train and shops which was very convenient. Accommodation was clean and presentation of rooms was lovely. The staff were friendly and polite. We would definitely stay at Holiday Inn Parramatta again 😀 "
