"Really professional and friendly staff. Tv sinal was dropping out. Couldn't get a signal mobile or wifi in the room and couldn't work out how to turn off the air condition which kept me awake all night. However that aside would stay again. Lovely looking. Well appointed. Easy access and good food and reception cant do enough. I didnt get the chance to use the spa andvpool but we ould certainly come back and will try it on that occasion. Great dinner and breakfast and very clean"

"Perfect! A fabulous room upgrade. Excellent facilities. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Plenty of space to relax and in a great location with parking available. Quick and easy check in. What made it outstanding was the very friendly staff. Especially the helpful man who was on check in. Wish I’d asked his name to give him a personal shout out as he was so welcoming and helpful. "

"It’s a beautiful property with an excellent, buzzing space downstairs which didn’t disrupt us late into the evening. The rooms are finished to a great standard. My only problem was that the television had a weak signal and there was no access to apps like iPlayer - which is not very important, but I think nowadays people expect catch-up tv if there’s a big lovely television at the end of their bed. "Nice location. But the fire alarm going off was an issue. Did not like the bathroom so much as it was designed for disabled folks. No bathtub just a curtain with water getting all over the bathroom."
