"Mit dem Zimmer, dem Spa Bereich und dem Restaurant waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Der Service war jedoch leider unterdurchnittlich. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts ging mehrere Male etwas mit den Karten zum Öffnen der Zimmer schief (zum Beispiel Karten vertauscht fuer zwei Zimmer in unserer Gruppe beim check in, Karte abgelaufen um 10 Uhr am Tag der Abreise obwohl check out bis 11 Uhr). Ich habe Verständnis dass mal etwas schief geht, aber das waren insgesamt 4 Probleme mit den Zimmerkarten bei...

"The room I had was very dated, something out of the 70’s era. A little dirty due to construction as they are updating the guest rooms. The breakfast was very typical but good. Dinner was also good. My advice would be stay there after their renovation is complete. "
