"The staff member at the front desk failed to tell us that key cards are needed to use the room lights. The phone in the room wasn’t working so we had to walk to the front desk for these instructions. Wifi pass code was incorrect on the room card holder but staff member also forgot to mention that.. so had to walk back to front desk for this. "

"It was clean, but very worn. Staff was ok. No TV in the room. Very far from Krakow, in the middle of nowhere. Overall not very pleasent."
