Find All-inclusive Hotel in Whitsundays

"Had a great family holiday with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Rooms were great and very quiet with comfy beds. Great selection at buffet breakfast and so nice to sit by the aquarium. Kayaking, snorkeling, nature trails and lots of day tours as well as relaxing by the pool. Only fault is the menu for lunch and dinner. It didn’t change, even the specials, and we got bored of the food quite quickly. We also were stung with the fish we caught ourselves - $35/ea to cook it and only 2 of our 4 ate it....

"The rooms were very well situated on the beach. Most staff seemed fairly indifferent and I would have expected much better for the price point. Two examples. First, no one ever followed up to my email asking for tours after a week. When I called and waited 20 mins on hold, the response was “we haven’t gotten to it”. When we needed help with a dinner reservation, the staff never followed up at all. Good, but expected better for the price. "

"Hamilton Island is a beautiful place to visit. The island is small, and the free shuttle around it is useful. It is a pricey destination, but the room is very nice. The room is fully equipped with a kitchen so if you would want to get provisions before arriving to cut down on costs a bit, you certainly could. "Palm Bay Resort, located in the stunning Whitsundays on Long Island, offers surreal views and a peaceful atmosphere.
