"We enjoy staying at unique properties and Leeds Castle did not disappoint! Staying here gets you after hours access to the beautiful grounds and the castle during operating hours. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and had a great view of the garden. A lovely full English breakfast was included at the restaurant on the property. "I was made to feel so welcome from the minute I arrived, until the minute I left. I was given a free upgrade on my room, and I have to say, the shower was superb. Unfortunately I did have noisy people in adjoining rooms who played loud music and the room the other side had tv on loud but that’s the lack of concern for others that’s all too common now and not the fault of the guest house. "Disappointing stay (Joss room) which was a shame as location was perfect for me. Shower was broken, was offered communal shower but on close inspection I decided not to use. Blind in room doesn’t close properly, lots of light coming in, very noisy fountain out front which you can still hear with windows closed. Very poor Wi-Fi.
